That's apparently one of my biggest headaches everyday. I always give a damn about this one. Well, Bata pa ako may traffic na and I guess the only thing I could do is to pay sufficient amount of Tax, if I have my own job. That's the least thing I could do to help the government to find solutions about this nerve-wrecking thing.
